At Five By Flynn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Five By Flynn tags still securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized postage location within 5 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue your store credit voucher immediately.
